What did you think of Jones killing it recently? I think Jones is the best or up there with Silva as the best MMA fighters ever.
You know what Its all about his reach
he has a massive height and reach advantage
pair that with a very athletic unorthodox striking style
and some good wrestling and subs its hard to beat.
He keeps getting better too- btw he tested positive for cocaine and had to check himself into rehab

I wonder if Dana White will consider stripping him of his Jones title or suspending him or something due to the cocaine. He’s an awesome fighter.
Do the pressure changes mess with your joints? I’ve been screwed up a lot here lately with arthritis in my hips and wrists due to pressure changes associated with the rain storms as well as cold fronts sweeping through. Low and high pressure battles in the atmosphere play havoc with my bones.

Yes.
It gets painful a day before a rain/snow/cold front.
Lets say this winter while not bad - has been rough on that front.
Its been 12-30 degrees the last week or so.
Had a week of good sessions of pt
this might be the last week- insurance had to duke that out.
wed
elliptical
assisted stretching
goblet squat x abs 4x15
loaded step up x different abs 4x12
stiff leg deadlift 25 db’s 4x12
more stretching
today a shit ton of machine work.
we also did some single leg balance work
balancing on a foam and or small inflatable for time
this is like the 3rd time we have done these
their ideology is more about regaining strength thru direct work
and ROM thru manipulation and stretching.
