C1 db clean and press 30 4x10
C2 rear delts 4x10
D meadows 6 ways rocked a 2.5 woot!
E more pulldowns 5x10
bike ride 25 mins

notes-
felt all bleh
OH press my neck revolted and felt stiff
tried a few versions of shrugs something in there isnt a good idea
meadows 6ways with a 2.5 db - swole and debilitating at the same time.
bike ride to finish Iced my knee after

Sometimes when I feel bleh the only thing that will help is training and even if I still feel that way for the most part I have a little smile inside that I did something productive and good.

notes-
good day- WUT 2x12 with a 45lb bar on squats
abs- this is the med ball squeeze thing
med ball squeezed between thighs -reverse crunch till the ball touches your chest
felt really good to squat an empty fucking bar.
