PT encouraged me to go back- with very light work for upper body
mostly to keep me from going nutz but also to avoid bad posture from crutches
face pulls and rhomboid work being their suggestions
they are fine with what Im doing now we talk pretty clearly

my knee ranges from looking something like a knee
to looking something like a grapefruit with a straw poked thru it.
saw my surgeon on Friday- said it looked good.
I asked a few questions and he gave me a nice glass of Suck it up.

leg press machine
abductor abductor
seated ham curls
some single leg ham curls
step ups to 20"
they are pretty excited - me too even if the loads are tiny
and I actually trained a bit today.

rows felt good presses not so much

not sure if loading these hurts elbows or not.

more assisted stretches- forced extenstion and flexion
these are painful as fuck
rode a recumbent bike

curls my version of poundstone/paul carter curls seem to be working
banded tricep work - really this is the only thing that doesnt hurt and give a pump
I am actually learning allot at PT
without it being a big broscience deal
they are are using a bunch of tempo variations
some movements are all about the eccentric reps
some focus on ecentric-less reps.
they are very big on ab work and hamstring work
( strength and mobility ) on almost all their patients.
