felt like ass.

feeling allot of elbow pain from crutches.
but it felt good to move around

dropped off a holiday gift of Siracha almonds I made
Knee was stiff today- had to more frequently today then usual

gearing up for tomorrows food coma

I have a turkey thats been brining for almost 2 days-
Its in a brine of salt sugar juniper fennel seeds star anise sliced oranges, sage , rosemary,and some oranges

pairing with with
chestnut sausage stuffing
smokey squash soup
peas brussel sprouts and some mashed potatoes

everyone have a good holiday

I’ve heard that brining a turkey really makes it delicious. Hope you, your wife and Ronan have a great Thanksgiving.

I feel a bit of pain in some other joints
But this was debilitating.

Siracha almonds-

siracha and honey maybe
3 TB’s of each
1TB of olive oil
1TB soy sauce
I roasted 2 cups of raw almonds dry for 10 mins at 350
10 mins after a bath in the sauce.
sprinkled salt and sugar on when done.

got my knee and leg manipulated til I cried.

used an elliptical for ten minutes- If I can use it banged up like this it cant be any use to people

A pull downs 5x12
B BHN OH press seated 100 5x10 weak
C CSR 2 pts 5x10
D dips 5x15
E1 land mine OH press 4x10
E2 land mine row 4x10
F1 db clean and press 30 4x10
F2 bro ez curls 45 4x10+
G more face pulls

notes-
behind neck press was seated- I had a really hard time getting weights out of the rack
and they where heavy as hell.
land mine- we dont have one at this gym - just wedged the bar in a corner
these are pretty easy on the shoulders
really Im just running out of upper body stuffs- that I can do seated for the most part.
I might have to go full on goon and use the cable crossover machines
I wont use the HS stuff because they are made for people with midget arms

PT yesterday

rode a recumbant bike
seated ham curls 5x10
adductor and abductor 5x10

banded x walks
squats to a bench with a 15lb bar
squeezed an 8lb med ball with my thighs and did some leg lift type stuff.

so - with something like 25% of a hamstring and a knee made of kindling I can:
ride a recumbent bike
use an elliptical machine
squat to a 19" bench.

all in all its pretty exciting that I can do what some people are doing at the gym
rain for the past two days has fucked me up.
