Ronnie’s left trap and tri lost it for him I tought, He is just too beat up from all the years of competing… I thought he was the leanest in the upper body last night though. His Bi’s were breaking out of his skin. His legs were pretty cut up to… I’m a Coleman fanboy though, so what do I know 
Cutler was holding water like a 5 gallon bucket, no way he deserved it on this night. If he had a few more days to lose the water he would have been great(er). I dont know what it is about Cutler, but I just have no interest in the guy.
Vic got robbed I thought, When it came down to him an Jay on the stage, I was for sure Vic was gonna take it down. I guess it really is hard to dethrone the champ.
Dex - Awesome as usual, he’s just not big enough to hang with these guys though, nor do I think he should try to get any bigger.
Big Bad Wolf - Great, great physique. Hopefully he gets recognized here in the next few years and doesnt feel the need to throw on 50 pounds to win and ruin it.
Long live the King baby, I gotta buy a “Light Weight Baby” T-shirt now in honor of the big man. No one did it better.
I think Vic looked better overall but Jay had better seperation in his back. It is all based on what the judges decide to make most important that night. If they want really impressive back then Cutler probably would be the one to get it. Vic had much better abs and legs though.
Oh well, you can’t really expect every one to agree with your, or mine, assessment.
Just for the record: I am looking at the seperation of the teres from the lat to determine cuts.
1 of wolf’s weakness is his lower back lacks that’s hard for a taller guy to get.they said that like 100 times on the show.he is a monster but if he wants top spots he needs a better lower back.and cutler wasn’t running he was leading the pack so he was getting followed.he deserves the win but it was close with victor.
it’s gonna be a hell of a dogfight next olympia!i hope cutler continues and gets more cut up and a little bit of an edge on mass.how about the japan guy he’s a big shorter guy too.not too bad for a first olympia,good showing
I thought it was interesting at one point when they were having the top 6 do some final quarter turns and Ronnie and Jay turned at the same time and it really showed how far the big guy had brought his gut in this year.
Last year, a lot of people praised Jay for really bringing his waist in, and it was one of the things Coleman got criticized for, but this year Ronnie’s was as tight from the side as Cutler’s.
That being said, I think Vic should have taken it. I also think Gustavo Baddell should have placed higher than 8th.
I’m happy about the top 6 results for the most part. It was semi predictable. I’m not sure I would put Silvio or gustavo so high though. I wasn’t impressed with either and i’ve been saying for a long time that Badell is overrated. I think it’s gonna be a steady decline along the lines of Nasser el Sonbaty. Everyone thought he could take the title,but he eventually placed as low as 15th. Also, Marcus Ruhl should have broke the top 10. I love that guy and he looked good last night.
based on the pics IQ i though either of the guys who came in 2nd and 3rd would have been closer to the kind of physique of a mr olympia.
I think Vic looked the best, he deserved to win. And I’m glad Johnnie Jackson finished in the top 10, I’m a big fan of JJ.
Maybe it’s just me, but I think Melvin Anthony gets overshadowed by the big names (Jay, Ronnie, Vic, Blade, Wolf, etc.) Year after year he comes in looking good, but never seems to finish top 3. Always an impressive physique, especially his back.
And I heard Hidetada Yamagishi looked good also. First Japanese competitor in the history of the O, glad he made it.
Does anyone know when the rest of the results are coming out? I bet darrem charles is #11 maybe followed by Ruhl, Hidetada, or Kai green.
Dugdale didn’t look great, he’s just way too small.

I think everyone outside of the top 10 gets a “Not Placed” (NP).
From the bits I saw, Ruhl wasn’t even in the top 15, Hidetada was and Kai Green didn’t compete this year as I believe he’s adding some size.
i’ve noticed that RC’s calves are pretty weak compared to his quads. i guess i never noticed before because i’m always to overwhelmed by his upper body. congrats to JC!

Wolf only need some lower back and calfs.
At only 28 he could be a top 3 guy next year and maybe Mr. O
for a good long run…
