No matter one’s opinion on Kai’s unorthodox past, it’s pretty clear that it’s the biggest thing keeping him from being on top of the sport. It’s not going to change any time soon, either. The largest bodybuilding shows in the world have mostly to do with intrasport politics and it has been like that for, what, 50 years? Thinking that will change too would be a mistake…

While Kai might not have a solid educational background, I wouldn’t say he is uneducated.
He comes across as very clever/wise in his videos. At least to me.
I’m not touching on the grapefruit subject anymore since it doesn’t bother me…it did for a while when I found out a couple years ago, but his success overshadows his past, in my mind at least.

I worked at a grocery story since age 13 to pay for my drugs. And I didnt go near the produce department.
