Olympia 2013

Phil is pissed

Beyeke was better than Branch at the very least…

Bayeke behind Branch? That doesn’t seem right.

Branch beats Lionel.
Hmmm…

Ramy 8th??? Bullshit!!! No freakin way.

Yes! Roelly, 7th.

Great for Roelly after all his ups and downs since his NY Pro win.

Jay in 6th…Still a gift to me.
And BS he only trained for 10 weeks.

A lot of people will complain about Wolf in third… top 3 very close IMO…

Darn it Kai.
More conditioning next time!

damn =(

Well, it has been fun all. Loved all your comments.
Next time, as Stu indicated, we need to lobby really hard for a Live Spill.

I am so fucking happy that Wolf broke the top 3… deserved it so much.

And also…Jay’s words were pure class. Huge respect to him. Huge.

Jay has always been a class act… never talked trash, always speaks of his fellow competitors with tremendous respect and humility, and is by all accounts a really nice guy (which is probably why some people think he’s boring)…

Fantastic Olympia. Didn’t agree with the decisions but the quality and depth of the competition was the best ever… top 10 this year was like top 6 a lot of other years, top 6 this year was like top 3 other years…

Man someone get Kai the best nutrition/diet coach out there and make him the champion he is.

I guess the only consolation for Kai is the prize money. He’s not that poor guy Dave Palumbo interviewed in Queens anymore (or whatever borough he lived in (still lives in?)). But you know how much he must have wanted this one.

Kai got robbed again! It was close last year but Heath looked completely overshadowed by Kai’s size this time around. I think he even had the edge on conditioning. I hope het gets it next year…total bullshit!

Jay had a quote I forgot were but it was like “Never give somebody a reason to dislike you, if somebody came up to me and told me my physique was utter shit. I would smile and say thank you and have a nice day.” Thats not verbatim but I remember it was something to that effect, pretty freaken nice/smart/humble guy to think like that.

x2. Probably Kai had a bit of water in the prejudging, but for God’s sake, at the rear-front double bicep and most muscular he is almost twice as big as Phil. Next to him, Phil looks like a 212.

Yall need to post pics.
