Phil just looks fake. He would deflate if you poked him. Ramy and jay at least look really dense I like Ramy best just because he’s taller which makes everything look better. The short guys at 250-260 and ripped just looks dumb. The thickness Ramy has across his shoulder and chest is great
This is the way i always describe Phil when people ask why i dont like him. He literally looks like a water balloon ready to pop.

Ramy, Jay, Kai, Wolf, all look denser than Phil.

The only place phil has Ramy is forearms, Ramy has phil on shoulders and chest, we’ll have to see how the back and upper legs stack up on competition night. Arms are probably even.
Agreed with all or that

Phil made a comment in one of his training videos earlier this year that in the past his arms would always “blow up” on their own so he was careful not to over-work them. I believe he commented that for the upcoming Olympia (2013) he wasn’t going to hold back this time. Phil has some damned impressive arms, it’ll be interesting to see how Rammy’s stack up in comparison.

If Rammy did win the Olympia it would be the shortest Olympia speech ever, and we wouldn’t have to watch Phil cry (again). I’m willing to bet if Phil does win, he will cry, and then comment to the recent issues with his wife’s health as his motivator. Its nice to hear and everything, but at some point he’s gotta stop crying.

I would allow tears for the first time winning a Sandow though. I suspect Rammy wouldn’t cry though (Kai would), he’d just smile and keep flexing :).

if kai just didn’t have those weak shoulders and no traps huh?

if he can just do something w/ that big belly, huh? we’ll see…i say it every year, phil heath aint shit. kai beat in prejudging last year – the whole thing a fix, fake as sport, WWE.

it’s a sport for 364 days a yr. on that one day its a fucking pageant!

Does anyone else think of Donkey Kong when they see the bearded, smiling Kai?

He’s looking great, I hope he takes it.

Kai is ridiculous. Looks awesome. Phil is ’ pretty’ and his symmetry is insane.

Ramy is just a fucking giant. Jay looks like shit.

Haha I agree with all of this. Just add Branch’s name in with Jay’s for looking like shit. I cannot wait to see Ramy and Kai (and Wolf) size up against each other…will make everyone forget who the fuck Phil Heath is.

Jay is like the creepy uncle, he’s past it, looks bloated, and his waist is too big.

Ramy, Kai, and Phil Top 3.

No way will ‘let’ Kai win - Phil is the face of modern bb so will probably take it.

Ramy is the new guy so he probably wont win, plus he’s and Arab and going with current politics i don’t think theyll want him to win.

What will probably happen:

 1. Phil
 2. Kai
 3. Ramy

What should happen.

 1. Ramy
 2. Kai
 3. Phil

Considering the comp has not happened and we don’t know if Ramy’s conditioning will be 100% that’s a load of shit.

Dont think theyll give Ramy top 3, even if he deserves it.

Will be surprised if they dont give Jay top 3, even if he doesnt deserve it.

I agree. Ramy would only pull top 3 if it is blatantly obvious that he looks the best, and will still end up with 3rd.

Ramy’s lats are wider
Quads are bigger
Delts are bigger
Conditioning is similar,

Phil takes Ramy on the calves and thats about it. N maybe a more aesthetic chest.

Eh, Yates and Levrone both took 2nd place at their first Olympias, and both truly deserved it (respectively finishing behind Haney and Yates). So if you undoubtedly earn a top spot, you will get it. Still, despite Ramy causing an insane uproar since his showing at the NY Pro earlier this year, he has yet to stand next to the truly top tier guys.

Up until now, he’s beaten a not-quite-at-his-best (but still better since his most recent issues) Victor Martinez. I don’t recall Vic’s latest Olympia placings, but a lot of people feel his best days are behind him. So with that in mind, as much as I’m truly floored by Ramy’s latest photos, I’m holding my final predictions until he steps aside the top guys who all have considerable structures to support their size.

S

Curlers waist will never be small but I think it’s damn tight for his structure. I like jay better than Phil personally. And agreed Ramy won’t place top 3 even if he nails everythign. I think he will dwarf everybody just from height alone and at 300 or almost 300 lbs he will make the short guys looks small.

You cant make an accurate judgement until we see them on the same stage together.

If you were going by that picture alone though, Ramy is unquestionably superior. Ill reserve judgement for now though.

Other than Jay’s weird/old looking trunk, i think he looks better than Phil everywhere except arms, mostly forearms, which is a bit of a weak spot genetically for Jay.

You also have to consider that just one pose won’t cut it. They would need to be compared in all poses, and I think its been stated Rammy is impressive from the front. It’s also been stated that backs win shows. Obviously everything as a total package does, but an impressive back stands out. We haven’t seen any back shots since the NY Pro.

And don’t worry, Rammy won’t look that much bigger, I’m sure Phil will step over the line again ;).

If he fucking does that shit again this year and they let him get away with it, i will not watch an O again until he loses his title.
