Monday week 1
Some observations:
The walks were more difficult than I anticipated, I carried in racked position for probably 30-40 seconds and needed a short rest to get my first 1min overhead carry completed.
Maybe my weights were too conservative?
I can give a better effort on the dip iso hold
Wednesday Week 1 Legs
This one kicked my a$$, really struggled with the swings and my last hold. Total WO time was 51 minutes versus about 34 Monday
