Mine’s adjustable, I made it from pipe. If I ever figure out how to take a picture, Ill post it. I load it with standard whole plates. The handle weighs 9 lbs.

Joe, I’d like to get down to 225, but that’s long term, and I figure it will take a few years. Near term goal is 275. I haven’t put a date on it yet, because I’m still pretty inconsistent on exercising. If I don’t screw off too much, I should hit it by March 1. so there, I guess I just put a date on it. I’m doing a program called Carb-Nite, which was written by that Kiefer guy that does carb backloading. Like most diets, it works mostly when you stay on it.
