Thibs, I’ve been reading your article “The Carb Cycling Codex” and I was wondering if your standing on a few of the points throughout the article have changed. Specifically, do you still consider 10am an ideal workout time and has your view on breakfast changed at all in the recent years. Thanks for the help and the opportunity to pick your brain. I always enjoy reading what you have to say.

Honestly, I am not seeng things the same way at all. Several things changed my views, first Indigo-3G which radically improved my insulin sensitivity, then the science of workout nutrition that changed and now emphasized pre-workout nutrition and finally pulsing with MAG-10.
