Quick question: Has anyone viewed this article recently?
It’s from 2005. Just wanted to know if the carb cycling program has changed at all since this was written. I have never done it before, but I am now. This was straight forward and easy to follow.
Thanks guys.
Thats what I wanted to hear. I made a sick excel spreadsheet for that diet plan if anyone wants it. All you need to do is enter your weight (in lbs), height (in inches), age (in years), and what your goal is - fat loss or muscle gain, and it calculates everything for you.
Can you post the spreadsheet you created?
I have one made up for a Shelby Starnes version of carb cycling too.
You enter H, M, or L for if it’s a high medium or low carb day and macros you’ve eaten and it gives you KCals eaten, and Macros and Kcals remaining.
I made one up for females too.
DoubleDuce could I get that female one from you if possible, I have my GF on Shelbys now but that SS would make charting so easy
Likewise, PM me if you would like a copy of mine. Currently only have it for males, but if I get several request for females, I can tweak it as well.
Spreadsheets sent to everyone who PMed me.
Thanks to both of you. Excel doesn’t get the love it deserves.

If you are good at it, you can do pretty good data analysis and things. I only really know the basics.
Thanks guys! That was really cool of you and saved me a lot of work. These are really helpful to me and I’ll be putting them to good use.

This is very true. Excel really isn’t too diffiicult, but it can be extremely useful in planning- especially in a program like this one.
