Old T2 vs. T2-Pro

So, I’m looking at supplements at netrition.com, and I’m wondering something. You can still buy the old T2 there, as well as T2-Pro. What is the difference? Is there any real difference between the two products?

I notice that one is a larger bottle (120 caps vs. 90), but I don’t really notice a difference in the articles posted.

Thanks.

Why don’t you try reading the descriptions of the products on netrition.

Ah yes … seemed to have jumped the gun a little. Hidden in there was this statement:

“Even though the thyroid hormone T2 is potentially suppressive if used long-term, it’s still very safe when used at the recommended doses for periods of up to six weeks. But after that, to avoid the possibility of TSH suppression, you need to cycle off for six weeks, which puts you back to only using the other-type fat burners – and they have to be cycled as well. So, up until now, there hasn’t been an effective fat-loss formula on the market that you can take year round”

So I’m guessing that is the advantage. Cool.

People seem to like doing 4wks on T2 followed by 2wks on T2Pro. Personally that’s what i would do.

My wife didn’t like T2, said it made her fell hot and wired. I pointed out that was what it was supposed to do, but she refused to take it. I switched her to T2 Pro, which doesn’t bother her. T2 is a thyroid hormone; T2 Pro is thyroid nutritional support.

Thanks for the cycling advice. You say that people “prefer” it. But is that for better results, or for the way it feels? From what people say, it seems the T2 gives a different, stronger feeling than the T2-Pro.

Also, is that enough time (2 weeks) between cycles, especially when you are using another thyroid supplement in between?

Still, it sounds like something I’ll try on my next cutting cycle. Thanks.

Actually spanky i messed up the off time. You should take 4 weeks off as T2 is surpressive to your own thyroid hormones. What calvin says about his wife is not normal at all. You shouldn’t really “feel” anything at all. Typically it’s MD6 that makes you feel hot and wired. So again, if you want to cycle, T2: 4wks on, T2-Pro: 4weeks (i believe this is optional, but it should help get your TSH levels back up to normal and then some)(or you can do this indefinitely T2-Pro does NOT need to be cycled). Hope this helps.
