I was just looking back on some previous issues for new routine ideas. I came across a very interesting article called “The Oscillating Wave Program Part II” written by TC in issue no. 44. I am thinking about giving a go, but I am confused about one thing. He included the rep schemes and the excersises, but NOT the no. of sets to be done! If you have a spare moment take a look at the training outline for the excersises. Day 1 is bi’s/tri’s/shoulders. The program suggests a circuit type format, but if you add up the no. of excerises performed for the day, it is 3/3/2 respectively. The no. of sets for all muscle are ALL very low. Any ideas or feedback about using this program?? thx…
