I used TC’s O-wave program couple years ago and made some nice mass gains. It’s a great program for a beginner-intermediate trainer that’s just trying to “look good nekkid” while also building some strength. The constant variation in rep ranges and tempo keeps things interesting. However, these same changes might make the program less than optimal for someone who wants to focus on a single physical quality (max strength, power, muscular endurance). Go ahead and give it a try. The high-rep leg day is absolutely brutal!
Ive done it 3 times. It seems plain on paper but its one of the best programs i have ever done. Im not a fan of the high reps at all but i think i benefit more by throwing it in every 3rd workout. Low reps is my favorite and by the time you circle around to the next low rep workout, my strength was thru the roof. It gives you a nice rest period per body part with the various tempos/reps. I think anyone would be foolish not to try this atleast once.
