Old School Training : RegParks 5x5

One thing that I know, is that Arnold and I have one thing in common. We were inspired by the same man to begin training, and train hard. I have tried several training routines in the 1 year and 8 months now that I have trained, and the only thing I regret is not having stuck to the same one the entire time. I feel I would have had even better progress than I have now, with less injuries along the way, and not have wasted so much time when I had the answer the whole time.

This log will have some training sessions that most people may not be able to get through, but I push myself to get through it because Reg Park got through it, and Arnold was able to as well. I have grown to love training this way, despite how hard the sessions really can be; it is a true test of mental fortitude - but you get stronger each and every day : both in the gym, and in your character.

This is Reg Parks 5x5 ; I am currently on one of his more intermediate/advanced stages of his programming as he has several different protocols from the time he started up to the time he stopped training.

What happened to you having your head up Ed Coan’s ass? There sure are a lot of inconsistencies in your posts…
