Thanks Snap, i rebounded quickly. Life is too short!
Pete, exactly what i needed to hear, put it all in perspective! Thanks.
Maschy, the sun definitely will come up. Today reminded me of that saying that goes something like…losing doesn’t build character it reveals it or something like that. Life will test ya in many different ways.
Private gym I train at I developed a saying, and it revolves around Gregg, the owner: “There is a time and place to squat to a high box, and that time and place is TCBB whenever Gregg is out of town”
I judge how my nutrition is by my abs. I store fat there so when they lean out i can guage that i am probably leaning out all over. There getting there. I am still 202-203 so i think i will be pretty lean at 198

bad training days make me feel all the better when I tear it up
Hey Kev,
Nothing like a good workout, or at least hard workout and a good friend or two to get ya back on track.
BTW i really don’t suggest going cold turkey lol,

hm, and I’ve been thinking I’d move my stance OUT. I’ll need to think about that now.
Glad you’ve rebounded from the stress. (a mug of IRISH coffee never hurt either)
Abs are looking good! I checked in here at just the right time.
I like the on-the-road workout too. I may just steal some of that.
Oh and last thing! Humbly confident…I like that.
Hey Lula,
Out might be better few you, ur just a little younger! I have these old joints to deal with.
Thanks on stress…trying to put that day behind me…hmmm might have to skip the coffee and just go Irish whiskey!
Steal away…fun and can do with just a pair of db’s and its a but kicker.
Ha…abs…check back in a few weeks…well maybe months. But they aree getting there, thanks
I think humbly confident probably describes me…hmmm

Damn strong lifting G. Those SLDL were massive. Hope your hips doing better.
Thanks dday. Not really happy with my mid/upper back on deads but i’ll keep working on it. The 315 fr sq was no gem either. I was trying to get my knees forward and get into almost a pulling position so i knew depth would be sketchy but 315 was just too high. Was good to get that weight on my shoulders again and do a few reps though. Probably should have gone to 295…but that close to 315…had to say WTF. Hip felt pretty descent today, thanks.
