Thanks Up. Pounding the chicken breast, some sirloin, not as much eggs as i would like but mornings come way too early, and trying to just do 1-2 shakes per day. Fish oil and flax seed(ground), and cycling carbs. Most carbs are coming from strawberries/blue berries, rd skin potatoes and black beans. Really liking the digestive enzymes too. I can feel my metabolism kicking in, feels like i am hot all the time. Abs/obliques are starting to pop which is how i gage if i am getting leaner or not. Hitting supps hard too right now.

Weight’s coming off real nice and you don’t seem to be losing any strength.

Squat day wasn’t too bad. I knew coming of a heavy SLDL workout, hard 10 rep squat workout, heavy SLDL off plate and heavy fr sq day that today would be a good day to experiment a bit and go by feel. Overall didn’t feel too bad (good sign) but legs did feel fatigued, and had to feel through descent a little bit. Started with high bar squat and squat shoes, switched to high bar with flatter shoes. Then lowered weight and played with low bar and both shoes (didn’t go over 315 on any of those sets and just 1-2 reps to see how it felt). Looks like the high bar with the squat shoe was the best fit? Time will tell but i am going to work with that for now. Looking forward to getting back to some rpe stuff and little less weight more sets to build strength versus the all out set like i have done the last few workouts. Also getting back to some mores accessory lifts. Lastly will probably combine all squat ,movements in one day and pull stuff in the other although i really like a mix and match on lower days. TBD lol.

Hey snap, thanks. I think i am going to have to go with it and know that it will be a bit of a on going evolution so to speak. Yea depth was in the ball park.

Yea that works best for me too, Im kinda half in with diet, maybe 3/4 most times.
Im obv.not one for squat feedback lol

I take a multi vit every other day
Vit D and E 3x per week
Vit c 2000 mg per day
Fish oil
SSP nutrition (pre,post,maint,rest day) stuff is golden, loaded with good stuff
HMB
Glutamine on off days
