Yeah, I have been around enough IPF lifters that I understand how closely you have to monitor even your caffeine intake.
Have a sometime training partner that is going to do a USAPL meet soon, don’t know how as he is the biggest stimulant junkie I have ever met, lol.
Last 2 days has been fml, but the good thing is the sun comes up again tmrw. Self induced stress over things i shouldn’t, holding on to things to tight, speaking before thinking, reacting instead of acting, treating people that i have much trust and respect for like i don’t, 2 sleepless nights, blah blah blah. Ending with high squats today…takes deep breath! That about sums it up…

Yesdintnt tell PG), you have never seen me down cause it rarely happens :). I diteeterer last week so i should have known it was coming. But yea, i am back to my happy, optimistic and humbly confident self.
Ha ha ha on squat…i am sure you owe me a bunch of those what the heck on the … lines.
Seriously though, i feel like i sit back almost too far and it seems almost an unnatural movement. I am going to play with these few tweaks and add a heel back in and see if i can get a more fluid squat. The best squatters i can been around have all had a really smooth fluid motion.
