Well in no particular order, squat depth good in warm-ups and beer is ice cold lol.

Used tendo on power snatch and PP behind head. Used it to determine wt to produce most power and number of reps before power dropped.

6x4 min KB intervals, 1 min rest betweeen, alt arms every 30 sec during 4 min

Hey Snap, no it’s different. I’ll attach a link to the web site, easier than trying to explain. Fun to use and really lets you dial the wt in if your looking for power production and/or fatigue. It keeps me from just loading more weight and/or grinding out reps, time and place for that and time/place not too.
