ha ha ha…That kind of time comes with the empty nest. Gonna try to do a consistent 20 per day though. Now that i am doing it consistently it’s starting to feel pretty good on my old carcass.

lol, honestly though pops is having his other hip replaced next month. A not so gentle reminder to take care of myself

Knee was really good today, hip issue almost non existent, both great news after heavy week last week.
Only problem was raspberry burned like an SOB when i started sweating. Got boot caught between two bales on a stack of hay while carrying a bale (we got those big 100# 3 stringers out here). So me and the 100 lber took a nice little roll into some 2x4 studs. No bruising but a heck of a brush burn. I’ll be going to hell for cursing like that on Easter Sunday.

Got a 20 min stretch in tonight and a 15 min foam roll in this am. Going to try to stick with this little routine.

nice work. are the hack deads same as old school barbell hacks?

Plan was some narrow grip bench today, got up to 335 and just didn’t feel right to called it a day. Will do some kb’s, abs etc wed/thur then get back to regular lift friday. Need to be smart and patient.

Hey Lula I’m honored and your welcome. Steal away…it’s all been stoled to begin with lol. I’ll try to keep mixing it up and if you have any good ones please post away! I did foam roll for about 15 min today and about to take a hot shower, put on some sweats to stay warm, and stretch.

Ab rollouts 3x12-0, set 1 0 wt, set 2-25, set 3-45
Hang L-seat 3x12-0
Inverted sit up on GHR 5x10 10/2x10

Not much training the last few days, attended a clinic, what a great day of information!
