There’s something to be learned from everything.

Yep on May. Also, if you need help, someone to run your numbers etc. I can oblige.

Might take you up on that. I’ll touch base as time get closer. Yes i always learn something and i try to go to as many information wells as possible so i can have a big arsenal to help people. IMO to many people never leave their info circle(so to speak) to learn what all is out there.

How’s your hip G? Like a blind squirrel finding a nut, I stumbled upon significant relief (still not the same as the good hip) a week ago, and it still seems to be holding up (fingers crossed). Story: took a spin class last Wed. which for some reason aggravated my hip condition (like an impingement type feeling) to the extent that it disturbed my sleep. Last Friday after squatting I happened upon a LifeFitness leg press cable machine as my only option for single-leg accessory work. With my foot pointed straight ahead, my hip barked at the movement; thought about it and rotated my foot to 45 degrees, tried again and bark was gone; I focused on initiating the movement from my hip joint and I was feeling almost a compressive effect if you will on the joint. Felt good afterwards and haven’t had more than a “flash hint” of the impingement thing since. Oh did the leg press again after deadlifts Wed. but unfortunately the hip did not get “mo’ better”. Oh well, old is old…

So it was filmed there?

Glad to see you posting. As I have said many times, you have much to share. Sometimes you just need to take a break from the whole posting thing.

Not sure on where it was filmed etc. I am going to Google it and find out the scoop.

glad to see you back G. What meet you doing in August?

Thanks Pete. Doing the raw nats usapl.

kinda figured that is what it was. hoping to target a meet around the same time, there might be a APF meeting in South Dakota end of the summer, otherwise I will just be training for the October MN state meet. Might do an unsanctioned one in May just for fun though.

I tried the gear for a few weeks this winter. Just been too long and had no interest after a few workouts in it. A meet in the Dakota’s sounds pretty cool.

Good to see you back G1. Harry, Pete and Meat might be the pillars of the forum, but you’re like the sexy new thang, especially with the towel on…and Up? Fuggedaboutit!

Lol PG, UP can make anyone look good!

And btw PG just to be mentioned in that circle of strong dudes is an honor…even if by default

Hopefully you can keep that hip/knee behaving, I know how much you love meets!

PG, you just like messing with me, Im on to you!
