I would be in, but my football team doesn’t use deadlifts as a primary lift. Only bench, squat, and clean. So my deadlift takes a back seat… Last time I maxed I got 400 for 1. Bodyweight is 235lbs.

Ecogenx, all this hair is so much trouble. You wouldn’t believe all the money I blow on haircuts. They keep cutting and cutting, but the stuff just keeps growing back. Oh yes, and have to spend 2 whole minutes every single morning shampooing it.

OK, 5 more pounds closer! Did 295 last week, today did 300! Or I think I did . . . it was really slow going up, not quite sure if I made it all the way, I think I did. Now my back is good and sore and not talking to me.
All because of Upscale urging me to go the distance. Incredible how women can motivate men.

I haven’t pulled anything heavy without straps because of my elbow. I’m not even supposed to be lifting…hahaha… but I fully expect to hit 500 in the next 6 months.
