I am in Laramie WY. I will try to take some pictures of my little gym with my phone so I can post them. I love this place. The free weight training area is about 12’x 12’, 1 power rack, 2 bad bench press benches, 1 adustable incline bench (bench only, no racks). 1 decline bench (bench only). 1 plate loaded leg press. 1 Plate loaded standing calf machine. There are also a bunch of nautilus machines, but I don’t use those much.
Its a deload, so the numbers arent big. However everything felt good. Why? I used my ultra-super-pimp double extra heavy knee sleeves from elitefts.com. They are hard as shit to get on, but they are hugely supportive. They are heavy enough that they actually give some help out of the hole, like wraps. The ones I have are so tight and heavy that like real wraps, its hard to leave them on between sets.
My left knee usually bugs me after I dead, and sometimes the next day. Not this time. If you have any kind of knee issues, get the Extra Heavy Duty knee sleeves.
Also, after 3 weeks of using the Circumin 500, I love that stuff. It has been really awesome on my knee, and a little with my hips. I only take 1 per day, with my morning vitamins. If I am sore in the afternoon, I will have a second one.
My weight loss is stalled. I had 4 cheat days within a single week, and I added back 3 pounds, but I should be back to 281 (16 pounds below where I started) by Monday. But here is something very interesting. I have some arthritis in my wrists. I started a homeopathic remedy which is a tea made from 1 tablespoon honey and 2 teaspoons cinammon. Because of the carbs in the honey, when I started my Atkins adventure, I stopped using it. I was concerned about my wrists, but here is the funny thing. my wrist arthritis has not bothered me once since starting atkins. I read that all sorts of physical problems (with obese folks like me anyways) actuallyl go away when you are on a severe carb-controlled diet. It is true for me, it has “cured” my arthritis, or at least it doesn’t hurt any more. its awesome.

Eating carbs on a regular basis cause an inflammation response in all the tissues of the body. As soon as you cut them out a lot of the little nagging joint pains go away. My wrist and “carpal tunnel” pains have come back since I started my see-food diet. If I cut carbs out for three days, they all go away again.
