I spent the week in Seattle for training. I just jumped on the hotel treadmill each night and did some cardio. We took our daughter to WSU yesterday and walked a bunch too.
Bench this morning felt real strong. My schedule will continued to be mess up the next two weeks due to two more out of town trips.

There was no life in the legs today. I was supposed to do 485 for two, but one was a real struggle. I blame it on a combination of travel, poor sleep, and a ton of yard work yesterday. Since my main sets were a bust I upped speed sets, which were supposed to be 385.
Maybe relax a bit?
I wish that was an option. Luckily school ends in three weeks and I will down to one job until the fall. Once again, I leave town tomorrow.

I just spent five days at a conference where I ate and drank… a lot. Today was pretty hard. I think I shot my spleen out of the set of 375.
I am going to a meet June 30th, so now is the time to dial in the diet. It’s going to be a challenge with a trip to Vegas two weeks before.
