In and out in 40 minutes. I have another crazy week ahead. This is the last week at school, so I give out the final Tuesday. I can then forget about job number two until the fall. My daughter has a lot of tennis this week. A match tonight and tomorrow. This is followed by a huge tournament out of town this weekend. We leave Thursday night.
My daughter and her partner are probably the best team in their league when they bring it mentally. Its something I am preaching to them. They were intense Friday and played the defending state champs. They lost, but gave them all they can handle. I told them how proud I was. The problem is they are not always that intense.

We spent Friday and Saturday out of town for a tennis tournament for our daughter. She and her partner made it to the quarter finals, but probably should have done better. I don’t want to be the guy to say my daughter carried the team, but my daughter carried the team. I think she wants to play singles next season. She is very frustrated with her partner, who is also her best friend. So it’s tough.
As for the work out I got jammed up at the bottom of 415, and needed a little help off the chest. The hand off was crap, so It was bad the entire lift. I’ll repeat the weights on my next 1/1/1 day.
