I moved pretty fast today, because I need to get some stuff done today. I need to hit the insurance company. From there the local Cadillac dealer, because I want to order a few extras. And then a window tinting place. I want to make the front windows darker.

It’s a XT4 which is the sub-compact SUV. I was looking for a CT5 sedan, but I could not find the one I wanted in Washington, Oregon or Idaho. This is a 2025 with only 16,000 miles. It’s really fun to drive.

Yes. Black leather. They added a large computer screen on the dash which is awesome. My wife has a Cadillac as well, but she has tan leather. I wanted black.

We got back from Vegas at 2:30 and I was in the gym at 3:30. I’m a little afraid of stepping on the scale. I watched a good training interview on the plane ride home, and it got me fired up again.
I hope you had a great time in Las Vegas. I have not been in years, other than passing through to Palm Springs.
It’s our thing. A lot of people don’t like it, but we have a good time. We saw the Eagles and Andrew Dice Clay.

I made the decision today to skip the meet I was looking at next month. I’m just not ready, and I have other commitments coming up. Instead, I am going to lighten things up and change the way I train. I want to dedicate myself to getting to 200 pounds. I’m at 223 this morning. A year ago I was over 260.
