I had to cut things short today. My mom’s dog is pretty old, and he needs to be put down. His quality of life is not very good. I’m heading over there to help her with all that entails.
Now that you’re retired, maybe concentrate on upping your ohp from 145. You’re strong as an ox for at least 5 more years.

You’re always on me with the OHP. For whatever reason, I struggle with it.
Thanks. Mom and dad got the dog and his sister 15 years ago. The sister was killed by a neighbor dog about five years ago. He was a good little guy. I went with her to the vet and then placed him in the yard next to his sister.

I took yesterday off and went to Seattle. Like a true retired guy I purchased a black Cadillac. Cash of course, and it felt great. I love my retirement car.

Maybe try swinging a weighted club around your shoulders (in your garage), gym friend does this and he’s added weight to OHP.
