All over. Planet Hollywood this time. It’s pretty mid, but we are going for our niece’s 21st, and my sister-in-law only goes with what she knows. She went there once for work, so that’s where we are staying. It really doesn’t matter though, it’s still Vegas.

It felt good to sweat out all the toxins I put into my body while in Las Vegas. It’s always a good time, and we’re heading back in two months.
Today I notice three young guys all training together. They appeared to be linemen from of the local high school football teams. They were benching and incline benching some very impressive weight. I made a point of stopping them and telling them how impressed I was. They were very polite and thanked me.

I had nothing today. Zero power in the legs. I think my sleep might have been off.
I have been having pressure and ringing in my right ear ever since I got back from Las Vegas last week. I finally went to the urgent care place Sunday, and it turns out I have an ear infection. I don’t know how one situation leads to the other, but I’ll partially blame a lack of power on my ear. I have nothing else.

I thought about mowing the yard after work, but it was 108 degrees. Maybe tomorrow. It’s only supposed to be 97. It was still 105 when I left the gym.
I haven’t done pull-ups in years. I think I will stay with them, because I know how much they build strength.
I want to say my ear is getting better. I’m feeling less pressure, but it’s ringing really loudly. Hopefully the medication will start to get ahead of it in a day or two.
Glad to see you doing pullups. At 4 x l0 reps you’re at point where you should consider doing weighted ones. Likely handle multiple 45s in no time.
Maybe down the road. I’m pretty bad at them currently.
