Old Guy Silver Back Rant Of The Day: If I ever own my own gym (unlikely), I will ban cell phones. I was the oldest person in the place this morning and as I looked around, almost everyone was on their phone. I get twice the work done, in a shorter period of time, because I only use it for music and to measure my pulse.

I went way lighter on bench today. Partly because none of my normal crew was there to spot. Partly because I think I just needed it. I’ll load up again next week.
I need to get back into handstand push-ups. I think when I am doing them, I get better gains.
