Thanks. I was blowing pretty hard for sure.
How’s breathing with the bear hug carry?
It’s all pretty taxing

Last week and today I got a great bicep pump from 4 x 10 cable curls done with elbows at sides and pulling cables for each arm at same time from behind me. 17.5 weight per arm, no other arm work. Effects, a bit, 2 hrs later.

I’ve decided on a meet on August 24th. I took last year off, so I am getting the itch. This is supposed to be a small one with only 45 people. I still want to lose 10 pounds before that. As of today, I am down 18 from my high in January.
Congratulations on the weight loss!
Thanks. I’ve been going slow. Of course it gets harder and harder.

I started 5/3/1 this week for DL. I decided to leave on in the tank for a bonus set.
Drink 2 liters of water daily; weight’ll fall off with decent diet.
I’ve been drinking a gallon a day for the past year. I purchased one of those jugs that are measured out with times to drink. My diet currently is high protein and low carbs. I have nearly eliminated all sugar in my diet.
If I can get these last 10 off before Vegas next month, I’ll be happy. I have a conference out of town next week, so it’s going to be hard.

Maybe just do some processed chicken (like chicken patties from Costco) and rice.
That really works for me, as well as all the other stuff you’re doing.
Yeah, I for sure need to change things up. The first 15 were easy.

Cool man- 14 weeks out this Sat…
That’s a Push/Pull for you correct ??
Yes, that is the plan. I convinced one of my friends to go with me too. This is after he said he was retired.

I skipped sandbags tonight to concentrate on farmers’ carry. My dumbbells only go to 65, so I use the barbell handles to make my own heavier ones. They’re hard to carry because they are so big. Weighed Walk Wednesday is always a challenge.
Sounds like a good time-
Looking forward to the training and goals you set.
