Was this in the gym parking lot? Did he go inside afterwards?
Yep, right there in the parking lot. He was driving a jacked up white Chevy 3/4 ton. He did a set of push-ups as soon as he got out.
Happy cake day!
Well, I have that going for me. Thanks.

I did a couple different things tonight. I decided to underhand throw the sandbag. I was suprised by how much that increased the heart rate. I also threw in some sledgehammer swings for good luck.

Feel anything after sledgehammer swings? Looks like they would work about everying upper body.
No, I think I need to do more. I was hitting a pad I have. I probably need to get an old tire or something.

The Bench Marathon and heavy bag saved today. I did not sleep well and did not feel I had any strength. 305 felt really heavy.
I am a big CT Fletcher fan and watch and rewatch his YouTube videos all the time. Last week I saw he made some guy to the marathon. At 135 you do 20 sets. The first set is one rep, and second set is two reps, the third set is three reps and so on. The 20th set is clearly 20 reps. I think he said it was 220 total reps. It wasn’t too bad until I got to seven or eight. The last couple sets were work. At the end my chest was pounding. I know I’m going to be really sore tomorrow.

Not what I necessary planned for today, but it turned out pretty good.
Holy crap!
940 for reps on leg press machine is easily impressive.
You’re acting like a human pretzel.
Yep, I’m still sore.
I wanted on the belt squat machine, but some guy was not moving from it.

You should have crop dusted the son of a gun.
I endorse the crop dusting comment.
You’re right. I’ve done it before. It would have been a good time to unleash.
