As of today, I am down 12 pounds from when we returned from Las Vegas in January. I have a goal of 10 more, and then we’ll see what that looks like.
I want to get back into pullovers again. I did them pretty steady for a year. I was able to work up to 125 for 15 reps. I want to try the same thing, but for 20 reps. 125 is the largest dumbbells they have.
Try cables if weight stack surpasses 125.

I got it all done in 45 minutes, so we could make it to church early for Easter. I was monitoring my pulse, and it stayed elevated the entire time. It was a nice cardio workout as well.
