My knee is still not 100%. It felt good before I did my carries. Now, I’m dealing with a little pain in it again. Still, I’m not willing to not do anything.

I probably should have done two reps at 370. My friend jumped all over me for not doing so. With 365 for three in my rearview mirror, my new goal is 385 for three.
Another friend purchased a little stepper machine for me for my birthday. I gave it a shot today for five minutes. No need to get crazy with it.
