My knee is still not 100%. It felt good before I did my carries. Now, I’m dealing with a little pain in it again. Still, I’m not willing to not do anything.

I figured it was time for deload. Depending on who is in the gym next week, I may go for a max effort.

I moved up to four rounds on the bag today. I’ve been thinking of how I can install one in the garage.

I probably should have done two reps at 370. My friend jumped all over me for not doing so. With 365 for three in my rearview mirror, my new goal is 385 for three.

Another friend purchased a little stepper machine for me for my birthday. I gave it a shot today for five minutes. No need to get crazy with it.

That was the most I have suitcase carried. I tried to do 25 yard stretches. I could really feel it in my biceps.
