You didn’t mention how walking afterwards felt…still feels.
I just break parallel with belt squatting.
My legs throbbed all day. Today is not bad, they’re just a little stiff.

Another day in the books.
I get a great arm pump with handstand pushups and no arm work. Your arm pump today must have been epic.
Not bad. I almost forgot about them.

With heavy deadlifts I cut back on carries tonight. Handstand push-ups are getting easier.
You consistently pass the longshoreman test.
I’m considering daily handstand pushups. Today’s were a bit creaky after 2 day lapse.
I took a day off. I’ll just skip them on my rest days.

I have been sicker than crap the past three days. I feel much better today, but it’s still in my chest. I decided to use today as a modified de-load. My plan is to crank it up tomorrow.

I underestimated what being sick as took out me. 505 should have been easy. Instead it would not move. My next set was supposed to be 485 but I went to 450 instead. It felt like it was welded to the floor. I normally do that for reps. I tapped out that point and just finished up with busy work.
I’ll repeat this the next time out, so I can nail it.
Most post sickness guys couldn’t do that workout.
My 225 benching was easier today; so was repping 185.
I’m in a conference this week, so it’s the perfect excuse to rest up. I was going to try to hit it this morning but decided not to. I’m feeling better today, but my wife has it now.

I’m finally feeling like myself again. I got back early from my conference and went to the office for a couple hours of work. I then hit the gym.
It’s been a few weeks since I have gone to the public gym in the afternoon. I’m starting to see a trend of young dudes working out in pajamas. What’s up with that? My buddies would have kicked my ass back in the day.
I try to stay positive but it could be a sign that the end of days is near.

I’m still not 100%. Everything still felt really heavy. My 505 DL was nowhere near legal. I stalled out at around my knees. I’ll repeat, until I nail it. The 720 V-Squat was another F*$#k it moment. The reps were not as deep as the others, but I got a feel for it.
In your case it’s all mental.
