350 was solid. I probably should have gone for three, but I was so focused on getting two clean reps.

Several weeks ago the gym installed a heavy bag. I used to mess around with boxing training probably 30 years ago. Last night I purchased some MMA gloves. The bag is good for conditioning and stress. I’ll try to work my way up to multiple rounds. With the way my pecs were feeling today, one round was plenty.

The garage was way too cold today, so I hit the public gym. I almost did not hit the bag today. The guy on it before me was in his 70’s, smaller than me, but ripped. He clearly knew how to fight and hit the bag. He looked like he could do some damage. Once he moved on, however, I did my thing.
