Very Nice work young man !
I’m impressed you went outside. We’re holding steady at l00 degrees here. I actually saw someone jogging in it too.
Thank you sir.
We’re actually under 100 now. The smoke was really bad for a few days, but that has blown off too.

I got in and got out.
Glad to read you’re in the 700 range for deads. Likely you’ve always had that ability.
Keep up the great work.
Well on the rack. No way I can deadlift that much right now. My all-time best is only 550.
I’m jealous. You know that 725 rack pull will increase your floor deads’ poundages. and overall strength. Really, really impressive.

Nothing too extreme tonight. I have deads on Sunday. The shoulder and bearhug carries were done on one set each. 100 yards is the longest one bearhug set I have ever done.

I have been stuck at three or four reps at 315 for the past several weeks. Today I blew past that mark. The first three were really easy. Onto six next week. I can’t recall attempting more than five reps at 315, even at my “best.”
The bench rep ranges are in your mind. Remember pulling 700+…
Again, it was from the rack, but thank you. I agree it is so much mental. The only thing I have changed this week, is I started taking creatine again. I stopped at the end of June. I have also been taking a little more than normal. All week I have been telling myself how much stronger I feel. True or not, it is working.
