I was gunning for five reps at 315. The 4th rep was a struggle, so I called it. I am confident I should get it next week. The workout was saved with the pullovers. I hit 15 reps for four sets. I can now move up to 120.

One thing I see at the public gym. Young guys doing power cleans and tossing the bar when done. My coaches would have had my ass for that.

We got back from six days in Vegas yesterday. I went for a conference but took a couple extra days. I was worried about my weight, but I was three pounds lighter. I guess eating and drinking a bunch must be a good formula. I’m sure the daily 20,000 steps didn’t hurt.

I decided to deload from bench today. Hopefully it pays off next week.
