At this point I have done walk night in sub-zero and snow and plus 100. I enjoy the challenge.

Well, I do live in Washington State.
Always good stuff going on in here…

That’s all I had time for today.
My goal for bench for a while has been 355 for three reps. I keep getting stuck at 345. Whatever I am doing is not working, so I am changing things up. I am staying at 315 and adding a rep a week. I’ll see how far I can take it.
I’m going out in the heat of the day just to get ready for the Philippines. Drinking lots of water.
That’s a must. I have been doing at least a gallon a day for the past six weeks.

I was telling my daughter about it. (she’s a lifter too) She said, “Dad, it’s not like you pulled it from the floor.” I told her I get that, but it’s still 700 pounds.

I hit the garage today, so I could watch the MLB homerun derby pre-game as I was working out. The Tate Presses were killing my right wrist, so I bagged it after the second set.
One of the best things about family is they always keep you grounded and the ego in check.

I need to remind myself to dial it back every other week, due to deadlifts. I like to save my legs if possible. Today was challenge, but not too much.
Really good stuff Crip! A tip of the cap
