That’s all I had time for today.

My goal for bench for a while has been 355 for three reps. I keep getting stuck at 345. Whatever I am doing is not working, so I am changing things up. I am staying at 315 and adding a rep a week. I’ll see how far I can take it.

I was telling my daughter about it. (she’s a lifter too) She said, “Dad, it’s not like you pulled it from the floor.” I told her I get that, but it’s still 700 pounds.

I need to remind myself to dial it back every other week, due to deadlifts. I like to save my legs if possible. Today was challenge, but not too much.
