Today I start my 52nd year on earth. I have to say, for the most part I am in better shape than I was at 25. I know for a fact I am bigger and stronger. I look forward the challenge of fighting off age.

Today was a good workout, because I was really motivated.

The place was packed this morning. None of the guys I know were there. I relied on a young fella (younger than my son) for a spot on my heavy set. He did great and we exchanged fist bumps.

The gym owner is opening a third location on Monday. Hopefully that means some of these people will go there.
