I’ve been to New Orleans in August. It can’t be much different. I love the south anyway.
Oh, I know. 27 years now.
Well don’t everyone?

Back in the garage and nothing fancy.
Aftereffects of sandbag shrugs 2 x 100 w/200 lbs?
3 x 10 w/115s makes me feel invincible for hours. But your 100 reps!
The shoulders are nice and loose afterward. I have to get inventive when I workout at home.
Nice and loose? You mean they’re still attached.

I was suprised how light and easy 320 was today.
Maybe try supersetting pullovers with benching. Great stretch which for me subsides about 3 hours later.
250 lbs on machine flies.
Thank you for the tip.

Thus ends my eight-week program for deadlifting. It took longer because as the weights increase I DL every other week. I can’t recall the last time I did leg presses. It was a nice change.
2 x 10 @ 760 leg press.
You leg pressed a VW or a Fiat.
If only I could do my F150.

Tried something new tonight, with various supersets. It’s almost too cold to workout in the garage. I may have to start hitting up the public gym after work.
That workout surely went faster than your normal arm day. Pump differences?
Maybe consider using your F150 for sled pulls. This log reads like you’re getting there.
I knocked if out in about 35 minutes. I used to push my old truck, but people thought I was broke down.
Ha Ha Ha! Great experience.

It was 13 degrees when I got home. I don’t know what the windchill was, but it was windy. I didn’t do any carries, because I was afraid to slip on the ice. I nearly slipped on my face once or two pushing. It was hard to steer the prowler, due to the roadway being uneven.
An F150 with snow tires might be good alternative to prowler in ice.
We’re getting 20 degrees with rain/something worse before nightfall lasting until about Monday. Last time this happened I did a 360 while driving 8 mph in my midsize SUV, after watching another car do same thing. I once rode my motorcycle with 3 other guys in 4" snowfall at 8000 foot altitude of Colorado in September. That was honestly less scary even with Colorado’s memorable curves.
It was 5 degrees when I left this morning. On my way to the office, I was listening to the news. We’ll have possible -23 windchill tonight.
