I changed things up today. No flat bench. I has been probably 10 to 15 years since I attempted an incline bench. I’ll get back to traditional bench-pressing next week. Today was a nice switch. My chest is really feeling it.

Snow removal. My driveway is right at 100 yards long. I used my snow blower after work to remove our latest covering. It’s not hard, but it is a bit of a workout.
Talked to old friend in Spokane yesterday who said they’ve had snow on ground for days. They are there for their grandchildren, not the weather.
