Is it possible to get too much sleep? With the time change and I was really tired, I slept almost 11 hours. At least three more than normal. Also, I have been fighting a sinus infection for months. I finally went to the doctor last week, and got some antibiotics. The medication is hard on my stomach, and I have been feeling run down.
Today, I had zero strength and zero energy. I just did enough to get by.
I spend most weekends couching with tv. I feel really weak in Monday workouts. Got to be too much rest.
