I should have mowed the lawn when I got home, but I felt the need to lift in the garage even more. The lawn can wait until Thursday night, when I get some free time.

Not a bad Weighted Walk Wednesday. 185 is the most I have ever pushed on the sled. I didn’t make it too far, but it’s a start.

I pushed mowed the yard again. Three hours. Luckily, I sit on my ass most of the day at work. Tomorrow could be rough.

That push mower surely trains your arms and I’ll bet that’s why you do it, along with the “girlie drinks”. Ha!

Short grass is just a plus.

I’m just waiting for the first freeze. I’d much rather train another way. I was telling I have one or maybe two more mowings in me before I tap out for the year.

I have been working a lot lately. Today, I decided to slip out of the office early and hit the gym. The university my wife and I attended is having homecoming this weekend. I thought I would pump of the gunz for the alumni association events.

Seems like 17 1/2" is eye opening threshold.

Glad you are still at it and hope the shoulders are doing well.

We got home from homecoming, and I hit the gm. The trip was not too bad. My wife and I are a couple of the younger alumni association members. I made sure to have at least one girlie drink.

I haven’t seen OG on the forum in a while. In his honor I did a few landmines. He’s always big on them.

Push mowed the acre again for hopefully the last time. Next spring I plan on having a new rider. I know everyone on the forum likes to hear me bitch about mowing. I set a PR tonight, at 2 hours and 25 minutes.

Probably looks like shit…

Ha. Come on now! I think it looks pretty good. But if it does look like shit, I really don’t care at this point.

This arm work must produce good results or you’d have changed it after so long a time.
