I decided to go for it tonight. I drank a Bang before I left work, so I would be ready for what I was going to do to myself. 2000 steps at 200 pounds is a PR I think. The first set was 600 steps. I almost chickened out a couple of times.
Right now my legs are shaking, and my hands are unsteady. It must have been good. We’ll see how I am able to walk tomorrow.

It was 69 when I got home, so the garage door was open. It does not get any better than arm day outside.
Must be nice.
At that temp we get humidity and mosquitoes.
It’s still winter. Despite the warm temps, I still have a couple inches of snow in the yard. Here in Eastern Washington we almost never get humidity. It’s too dry.

Today marks my 51st birthday. I think about my father, so seemed old at this age. I still feel young, with a lot to do.

Happy Birthday. That’s the age my father was when I went in the service. Seemed ancient at the time. Now it sounds so young. Your doing great for your age or really any age.
