Yeah, after you get started, you don’t even notice.
I still like going to the warm gym, but after work, during the week, the garage and outside is just easier. I think I’m over whatever bug I had.

I really need to focus on bearhugs a little more. They are a real challenge.
Bear hug carries affect breathing. I think shoulder carries are the real sign of strength.
