I’m very sorry, for all your family.
Thank you all. My dad was a big influence on my life. He took me everywhere with him when I was a kid. I know he is at peace now, probably telling stories.

I got some garage time in after work. I took the next two days off for family business. The funeral is Friday morning.

Farmers’ Carry: 65 in each hand x 1000 steps
55 in each hand x 1000 steps
45 in each hand x 1000 steps
35 in each hand x 1000 steps
I changed up Weighted Walk Monday and skipped the sandbag. I went back to where it started a year ago with farmers’ carries. My forearms and hands a shaking.
You do realize you walked over a mile?
I pace it out with my pedometer, so it’s not exact. No, I did not realize that until you pointed it out.
