It was 100 degrees in the garage tonight. I flirted with the idea of going to the gym after work just for the AC. I decided not to be a wuss.
Can’t bet a/c, but it’s more animal like working out without it.
It was even hotter today. I turned the fan on this time.

I moved Weighted Walk Monday to Sandbag Sunday.
You’re getting too comfortable with the 200 bag. Maybe a sign to move up a little?

I did board presses today. I was amped up on coffee and Bang. 435 was pretty strong. I am going to strip off a bunch of weight next week and build back up.

Sandbag Shoulder Carries: 1600 steps x 200
Sandbag Suitcase Carries: 100 steps x 200
1600 steps with 200 pounds is a new personal best. The first two sets were 400 steps, which were also personal bests with 200 pounds. I keep the bag on the floor of my garage and place it on the tailgate of my truck. It is about 50 steps to the truck. Thus the 100 steps. I figure it all counts.
There was a huge downpour when I got home from work (not like they have in biker’s neck of the woods). I waited until after dinner. Therefore it was a new challenge with a full gut.
Usual great work with the sandbag carries. Doing them after dinner adds additional weight to them.
I like the truck idea. Trucks really come in handy here with our 6" rains in 6 hours.
