Today I turn 50 and I am down 20 pounds. The wife and I are heading out of town for the weekend.

We had a great weekend out of town and got to see both kids. I was a little tired this morning after all the travel, but pushed through. We returned to a foot of new snow, so I’ll spend some time today pushing it.
