I was supposed to bench 350 today, but brain farted and miscalculated my plates. It was all good, however, as the second rep was nice and strong.

I was able to keep my weight down at training, and it remains the same as when I left. I am going to do a cleanse today to jumpstart things again.

Weighted Walk Monday was a beast tonight. 1100 steps is my most at 170. I still have a goal of moving up to 200 by April, but I might move it to May. 170 is still hard.

I did something to my left knee last week during deads. My left knee has been an issue since I was a wrestler. I banged it up again during football. Once more about 20 years ago on the job, and again 10 years ago at the WABDL Worlds. From time to time it acts up. I went out and purchased a new brace last week. It was pretty comfortable, and I had no discomfort.

I didn’t really feel it going on tonight. I had a heck of the time trying to throw the bag over my shoulder, so did something else.

On the plus side I hit 22 pounds lost today.

Planning to lose any more weight? You know maintenance will be hell.

Eight more for sure. I’ll see what things look like at that point. The first 15 were really fast. Since then I have slowed things down.

You’ll be surprised with how much easier pullups and handstand pushups are.

I changed things up tonight. I even worked in some landmine work, even though I have no idea what I am doing. OG does it, so that’s good enough for me.
